Africa’s Travel Indaba is a major African tourism trade show organized by South African Tourism. Its goal is to create market opportunities for African leisure tourism products.
The event lasts three days and starts with a Business Opportunity Networking Day (BONDay), designed for sharing ideas, knowledge, and the latest trends. This program is developed with global and continental tourism experts.
The trade show allows African tourism exhibitors to showcase their services to both international and local buyers, destination marketing companies, and tourism partners. It’s a key event to connect with influential buyers and explore African tourism opportunities.
The show is held in KwaZulu-Natal, known for its beautiful coastline, safari parks, green hills, and rich history, including battlefields and the Nelson Mandela capture site. It features two World Heritage Sites: the Ukhahlamba Drakensberg Park and the Greater St Lucia Wetland Area.
Durban will host the event, offering delegates a chance to experience vibrant spice markets, Zulu culture, and a lively city atmosphere. The Inkosi Albert Luthuli International Convention Centre will be the venue for this world-class event.
